THEY DO NOT CARE

The most *************, disgusting experience that I am currently experiencing with these people, It has been 4 months now and these people have been telling me nothing, I keep following up and they are telling me nothing!!!! My car has been with them and they never say anything unless I ask them for an update and they basically say nothing on their replies. This is extremely frustrating and as soon as I get my car back I am leaving their partner which is my insurance because they have a useless panel beater as a partner to cater for their customers.
