Thee worst place to have your car fixed by yourself or by your insurance

I insured my 2013 polo vivo with Auto & General and was involved in a car accident on 3sept 2016. My car was sent to Farber Coach Works in Epping on the 09 Sept 2016.
On the 17 sept they confirmed to have received the integrated repair authorisation from telesure. I have been dealing and experiencing the worst customer service EVER. It is now the 02/11/2016 and my car is still at the workshop and I have been getting nothing but inconsistent feedback (LIES) from a Lady named Priscilla Murphy. I have escalated with a Telesure repairs team leader named Thembi Hleza who could not confirm if Farber repairs according to the VW factory standards. She was very useless, she does not return calls or emails or even find out on behalf of a client from someone who knows.
With Farber I dealt with Trevor a manager whom I met on the 30/11/2016 when I decided to pay them an unexpected visit at their workshop. At the workshop I Noticed that the workshop had a piling of cars that needed repairs, no space to move between the cars and new parts all over the place between the cars. Only on that day they were starting to work on my car, fitting the control arm of the car. My car was on the floor, jerked and my front wheel was under the car carelessly.
I noticed that they stall and feed a client with incorrect feedback as they are prioritising cash clients than insurance clients (since we are money in the bag). I have gone from “we are still assessing further mechanical damages” (2weeks), waiting for an authorisation from Insurance (5days), waiting for a korek to be available (9days) and waiting for parts (+-2weeks). They told me that the new dashboard has been fitted and when I get there the old dashboard is not even stripped. Another manager Donovan Le Fleur arranged that I get a courtesy car while waiting, they delivered a Golf with an unlicensed to my workplace. I have to fight for everything in order for them to move to the next step and pay a visit to verify the feedback they are providing me which all the time turns out to be FALSE. It’s now the 03/11/2016 and I still DON’T have my car which I was due to get 2weeks ago and I am still getting inconsistent feedback about the quality assessor of farber not being happy/waiting for a light bolt for a light/ the door alignment is not ok and one says this and the other says that. I am expected to pay an excess for such a pathetic service whenever I get the car… PATHETIC, UNFAIR, ********* & POOREST customer service ever!!! As a result I am cancelling my insurance with Auto & General.
