The worst experience of a life time.

I've had the worst experience with Farbers Coachworks in Tokai. My vehicle has been with them since January 13th and I'm still sitting without the vehicle. The vehicle was sent there by my insurers King Price and their work ethic is truly pathetic and unprofessional. I waited for more than a month on parts and then for the 2 weeks I have been going back and forth to collect my vehicle and everytime upon collecting the vehicle I notice different issues on the vehicle. I am not sure how they can deliver such type of workmanship and to give a vehicle in so a bad condition to a client is unacceptable. They refuse to give me a curtousy vehicle even though because of their imcompetance I'm sitting without a vehicle and it's truly pathetic. Please don't send your vehicle to them and make sure you thoroughly check you vehicle before collection. Their assessor needs to be fired as he can't clearly do hes job because if he was doing it I would not have to go back and forth more than 5times. Bad service and bad experience.
