Terribly Poor

Please make me understand how you can collect the car from a client fully knowing you do not have the vehicles parts, don't get me started on their poor service, poor communication and no updates at all. Our Vehicle was collected on the 14 of July, till today the only time they'll ever give you and sort of updates is when you call them. Had we known this we would have not even started with them in the first place.
