Somerset West Branch Review

Had a relatively unpleasant experience one day coming back to my car neatly parked at a store only to find out a driver had rammed into my side door because he misjudged the parking space... It was all uphill from here, on the same day I took my vehicle in for assessment (they squeezed me in just before closing) and patiently waited for my third party claim to be processed, while regularly checking in with me how it was going. When the day finally came I contacted Paul and Angelique to let them know I was bringing my vehicle in. From drop off I received a message moments later informing me of everything that was being done to the vehicle. I thought it would take a week. It was done within a day. I hadn't arranged transport to pick the car up, but fear not, Angelique made a plan and had my vehicle delivered to my home!! When they pulled into the driveway I felt like I was getting a gift, honestly, the car has never looked so good. Polished and pristine. All the nasty accident marks completely gone and even the interior had been cleaned. Properly. I didn't even know I had an umbrella in my car, but there it was, on the back seat. (Thought I'd lost it.) So anyway, now that you've read my long story, all I can conclude this with is that if you're lucky enough to get into an accident, give yourself some extra luck and head straight to Faber, you'll be grateful someone bumped your car because you get to deal with such amazing people! 5 Stars all round!!!
