SLOW OFF THE MARK

I Have had a few dealings with Farber Coachworks over the years and have ALWAYS been satisfied EXCEPT for this last time where the workshop manager seemed more interested in strutting around the workshop in a Tee shirt when it was extremely cold and supposedly showing off his biceps. A which should have taken 3 days ended up taking 5 days, and if I had not have taken the matter further with Wayne the general Manager most probably would have gone into the following week. Once I had advised Wayne of my problem things moved, for which I say THANK YOU WAYNE, so folk don't accept inferior service Pick up the phone and complain.

Once again Wayne thank you (hope I don't see you soon) but if I need too I will be back.
