Car was booked in on April 14th 2025 at the Montague Gardens branch on Montague drive, requested repair time and I was told between 4 and 5 working days. Bearing in mind the amount of public holidays I decided to check in with the Farbers on Thursday April 24th and I was assured that I'll get a call back before the COB on said Thursday. I had to call back on the Saturday to get the required info which was a mission on its own. The Ops manager Called me and told me they will only be receiving the part/s on Wednesday the 30th due to some complications with regards to my warranty which has nothing to do with the actual repairs. Moving forward I received a call on Monday May 5th assuring me that my car would be ready for collection before COB on May 7th... I received a call this morning to say my vehicle may be ready for collection tomorrow May 9th... Appalling service by all parties involved . They give the impression that my business is not needed and make up all kinds of nonsensical excuses instead of getting the job done.
