just now ***. Poor service. Very unorganized. This place is absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this panel shop to anyone. My father left his car (bmw e90) there about 6 weeks ago (its still there btw) for a minor suspension repair, rim repair and the front bumper that needs to be replaced. The car has been there 6 weeks for the above mentioned repairs. The suspension was completed during the first week the car was there. This left them with just the rim to be repaired and front bumper to be replaced. If my father doesn't call them they don't bother to call him firstly. They have no communication s****s whatsoever. How long does it possibly take to replace a bumper and refurbish a rim? Every time he calls them they spin him stories or mess him around and making lots of empty promises. My father being the soft hearted person he is, has put up with their bull**** up until this point. His car is still by them up until this date. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm in the motor industry and know the protocol and procedures that needed to be followed. But 5 weeks to replace a bumper and repair a rim? Ridiculous and unprofessional would be an understatement. In the time his car has been there they messed up other things on his car as well. They blew his cars interior control module and for some reason his car was driven (11km to be exact was driven this was shown on the mileage ). My father has been inconvenienced for the last 6 weeks not having a car and it was just a bumper that needed to be replaced and the rim that needs refurbished. And till today they still dont have the bumper and neither are the rims sorted. Every day he just gets told that they going to do this that and the other. It's been 6 weeks and he still doesn't have his car back. And all the above couldve legit been done in 2 weeks max. I don't see why they taking so long with such a simple task. As with regards to their workmanship? Only time will tell because his car is still there without a bumper. They've been sourcing a bumper for the last 5 weeks. Sourcing, spraying and fitting a bumper is no rocket science. This place is sickening to be honest. I have no words for them. I don't see how such a big business can operate they way they do.
