Poor

I cannot recommend Farber Coachworks at all. I experienced extremely poor service from them and sent an email about my experience, but no one got back to me. It took them two weeks to pick up my car from my house because I couldn’t drive it any further. I only had the courtesy car provided by my insurance through Avis Car Rental for one month, and after a month, I had to return the vehicle. It then took at least another three weeks to get my vehicle back from Farber. When my vehicle was handed back to me, I saw that it was dirty and hadn’t been washed, and there were paint marks inside the car from the spray paint they had also tracked into the car. I hope to get feedback from them via Hellopeter.
