Farbers Coachworks Montague gardens

On the 20th December 2023 my vehicle was booked in for panel beating at Farbers Coachworks montague gardens Cape Town after a slight fender bender, they confirmed I could collect 2 weeks later, it's now been 40 days later with the worst service imaginable, first noticed when I called the first time I was told the service advisor is in a meeting can they call me back, blah blah I end up going there the next day with zero communication from them in any way, at this point the vehicles been there 3 weeks already, first, the bakkies door is off, the door hinge they ordered was wrong so they were gonna put the old one back, caught in the act. Second, the door they were going to fit was FULL of scratches as though they repaired the old door and were gonna fit that back on , then I take a propper look at the bakkie the supposedly "new" door and fender are visibly different colours to the rest of the vehicle, I speak to the service advisor and decide to leave the bakkie there for them to sort out what they supposed to, today the 31st of Jan I had to call them to find out what's going on, the receptionist calls the lady who took in the vehicle, the supplier sent them the wrong hinges again now for the 4th time, keep in mind I've never been contacted by farbers ever and I'm still without my work vehicle seriously affecting my income. Never ever again
