Farber unreachable

Farber claimed for a new door when they could not repair the previous from what seemed was just a huge scratch. But the new door has to be slammed because of the hinge. On a visit to them the two main men immediately agreed it must be fixed, They promised they will contact me, and in a year never have. They don't respond to my emails. Farber's phones just ring till it shuts down.
