Farber coachworks Tokai - definitely not a solution to your problems.

Do not - under any circumstances - take your car to these clowns. I was very unfortunately directed to them by Outsurance after a minor accident when I was rear ended by a following driver. After visiting them for a quote I needed to continually follow up until I was "slotted in." They promised it would take a maximum of 5 days which was vital as I was travelling overseas so my wife needed the car. They understood this and assured me it would not be a problem. When I returned from overseas 5 weeks later I had to start the fight to get my vehicle back. It was reversed very close to a wall when I was finally advised I could collect it which made inspection of the job impossible in pouring rain so I took their word that it was completed and left with the car. When I was able to inspect the car - a Ford Ecosport - I found numerous faults. The paintwork inside the door was shoddy. You could see where they used a hook or similar to hang the door for spraying - they did not bother to cover that after completion of the spray job. The reverse proximity sensors were not working and closing the back door sounded like you had dropped a coffee tin full of stones. Numerous visits followed and I was finally promised they would touch up the paint, install a single sensor which was apparently faulty and order a "mounting kit" for the external spare wheel cover. More months passed until a new phone call from me yielded the "I was about to call you" answer and that that they would need the car for half a day to complete everything. One of the excuses used was that the useless branch manager no longer worked there and somebody from head office was trying to correct numerous problems with their operation. After very poor communication it seemed there was finally somebody competent involved and Ilana took over my case. Outsurance were kept informed throughout by myself about progress and eventually started voicing their extreme frustration with the situation and the feedback they were getting as well. The vehicle finally went back in for the sensor and spare wheel cover to be fixed. The sensor works fine. The spare wheel cover still made a noise when closing, but it was better than before. I thought my ordeal was over. When opening the spare wheel cover to change wheels after a puncture I was confronted by 3 grubby pieces of foam rubber type material which had been stuffed inside to stop the noise. I assume this was not the "mounting kit" we had waited for all these months. Once again I had to contact them - this time by Wattsapp in a detailed message. No response - other than "let us know how we can help you" which meant nobody had read the message. A call with Ilana on 7 September resulted in a promise that somebody would call me by latest Monday 11th September. Not a single word from anybody and it is now 15th September. How long is one expected to put up with this nonsense? Now I have to start contacting Outsurance, the Insurance ombudsman and any other channels to try and het a job completed for which they have been fully paid -long ago! Great service - not! I was also told on the last call that there has been another change of management so that is now 3 managers who have been unable to pick up a phone and try to solve a simple problem, but rather leave it to a seemingly willing contact lady who seems not to get the support she requires. Not good enough guys.

Reviewer Update
My review highlighting poor service was written on 15 September 2023. I got a reply on 27 September promising contact from the "executive team." It is now 25 October and I have not heard a word from anybody from this company.
Now I have to start the process all over again to try and get them to do what they were paid to do a long time ago. Please - anybody considering taking their car there for work - be careful! They have no idea of customer service and only a seemingly limited idea on how to repair cars.
Still happy to talk to somebody from the "executive team," branch management, service reps or anybody with a sense of decency left that works there.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated!
