Farber Coach works does not fail to disappoint.

After waiting to hand in my vehicle for 1 and a half month for repairs to the bumper, I was assured that the job would take about 3-5 working days to complete. I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks now without any communication from Farbers Coach works. The Montague garden contact person, Cathy has assured me that they will stay in contact with me with regards to the progress of my vehicle, this has not happened at all! She constantly forget's to stay in contact and forget to inform me that additional parts where added to my vehicle repairs and then forgot to call me back after a request for more information about my vehicle's repairs. This is by far some of the worst service I have received and will definitely advice anyone to stay far away from Farbers Coachworks with their vehicles. After 2 and a half weeks of waiting for my vehicle, I am still waiting and have been told that they don't think they will finish it this week.
