Faber Coachworks... Shocking!

Don't go to Faber Coachworks unless you have time for bad service, zero communication and a policy of over-promise/under-deliver. They have had my car for 3 months, can you believe it. JP, the manager has made numerous promises of which none have been kept and to this date I have no idea yet about the quality of the repair itself. I have been in constant contact, trying to get updates but they keep lying about where the repair is in the process. After months I was told that I can come collect the car, so got an Uber through to their branch, late on a Friday only to be told it is STILL not ready! Come Monday morning, no follow-up call to apologise and try deliver asap either. You'd think it would be a priority at this rate, but they fail to see the importance to the customer. ****s and charlatans quite honestly. I can't believe that they are a preferred supplier to Santam, clearly underhanded dealings going on and kick-backs, especially when Santam's quote is literally half of their own quote which comes to a whopping R147k! I will definitely be taking this up with insurance and escalating this matter. Reading the bad reviews here it seems many have been absolutely disappointed by both the service and the quality of workmanship.
