Faber Coachworks Paarl - Caution

My vehicle has been with Farber Coachworks Paarl for over 4 months. They have continually mis-communicated, created false expectations and their workmanship is extremely poor. Their QC (Quality Control is useless). They have advised me twice that my vehicle is ready, only to find within the first glance that the quality of work is not acceptable. They finally started work on my car around 15 August 2023 and today being 27 September 2023, my car is still not ready and acceptable for collection. The relair process is committed to take 15 working days = 30 working days and counting. I have been extensively displaced and had to fight to eventually get them to provide me a courtesy car as the standard insurance cover for car rentals is only 30 days. Paid out of pocket for weeks of rental. My advice, if you have a choice...... Choose different. I only give 1 star as you cannot give less.
