Disappointing customer service during and after long waiting period

Very dissatisfied with customer service provided, as well as the lead time on the repairs. Was rear ended in February, only received by car back 4 months later. The communication throughout this time was pathetic at best. In fact I am still waiting for the final parts and everytime we call to get answers they make promises to give us feedback and we receive nothing back. I am so gatvol! I will never recommend this company and if I am ever in an accident again I will refuse to take my car there for repairs. Side note: the repairs were well done but nothing is worth the suffering of 4 months without proper feedback and post-repairs customer service. Very disappointing experience.
