DISAPPOINTED!
Farber Coachworks Paarl - Really disappointed in the poor customer service. I dropped off my car on 4th April with sc**** marks on the front bumper. I was told 7-10 days. I am only counting working week days, not even considering Saturdays.
Day 4 - I was advised that my car was in the stripping department.
Day 8 - Prep and primer of the bumper is done and the car will be going to spray booth that day.
Day 10 - spray painting was suppose to happen the previous day but with load shedding I assume it was not done. After informing them that I was not happy with progress I was told that prep and primer is almost done . . . Hang on! I thought this was done and ready for spraying on day 8.
On day 11 I was informed that they had to get approval for bumper clips. Surely when the job was started they should have known they would be needing these clips. They only have 3 hours of production time for that day (load shedding)What a waste of time. As a business that relies on electricity to get the job done how do you not have generators or alternative options. I am continuously having to call or whatsapp for updates and on more than one occasion I was told somebody will return my call, nobody calls back. Called twice today, still waiting for someone to get back to me. The whatsapp line is not being manned. Looks to me like my ONLY means of transport is sitting in your workshop collecting dust while I am struggling to get from point A to point B everyday. Would not recommend making use of this company and will definitely be contacting Miway to complain.
