Baber Coach Works - Simply the best!!!

Good day I just want to take the opportunity to thank the Faber Coach Works Team from Paarl for their excellent service. It is a pity that i could not give a rating higher than 10, because they deserve a 110%. Their communication was professional and i was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs. I was surprised when they called me to inform me that my car was ready for collection, long before the expected date. This was so amazing. Everything was done so professionally. I want to suggest that every employer of Faber Coach Works, including apprentices that might be appointed, be sent to the Paarl branch where it is not only about getting the car fixed, but showing the understanding, friendliness(which was overwhelming), and human side of running a business. The two lovely ladies who is the face of the Paarl business, continue with the warm reception everyone gets when walking through that front door. Well done!! You are exactly what people would expect when walking into a business. Guess I will have to pop in sometime if I’m having a bad day at the office, just to get cheered up by your attitudes towards your customers.

I will gladly refer anyone to the Paarl branch, even if they stay 1000’s of km away.
