Absolute disaster!
Absolute disaster! From start to finish! Well not exactly finished! I waited 2 weeks before doing this review just to give them time to rectify theirmess, but nothing. After 3 weeks in your Tokai branch, my car is worse off! Missing parts, overspray, paint runs, colour mismatch, misaligned body parts, polish dust everywhere, etc. Told me the car was ready, forced me to pay for incomplete work or else would not release my car, promised to fix their mess, haven't heard from them since. Worst experience ever!!!
