5 weeks to replace a bumper

I have been waiting for almost 5 weeks to get a bumper repaired. They promised to be done by tomorrow, let's hope that at least the quality of the work is ok.

Communication has been difficult to impossible - hardly any response, and no indication that such a simple (?) job might take forever.
