Farah Jewellery - stay away if you want service and no lies.

Farah is a jewellery shop in Centurion, with another branch somewhere in Pretoria. I am not sure if there are more but this relates specifically to the branch in Centurion at ********** I am quite a distance away but was in the Mall do bought the watch there.

I bought a watch there several months ago - a Farah watch, their own brand. A month or two later the glass just fell of. No scratch, no impact at alk. It was merely just falling off. Luckily I saw it on the floor as I was tidying up the kids' toys.

I took it back. Even there I experienced problems as the watchmaker was not there and they did not want to keep it overnight etc etc etc. They said they would call me. It did not happen.

When I eventually drove there, the glas was fitted, but at home I noticed the watch is losing an hour per day (the arm for the hour was too slow).

Took it back.

And again.

And again.

And a fourth tone. Every time they promised to call ne it never happened.

Today I again had to drive all the way. I got the watch back. Now four hours later it shows... The hour arm on the four the minute arm on the 6. Meaning - still not fixed.

I am so unhappy. It is no use to talk to them as they just fix the time when I walk in and tell me they fixed the watch.

Disgusting.
