Farah watches has outstanding service, integrity and excellent workmanship
As a loyal customer who has supported Farah Watches Mall@Reds for many years, my experience has always been the opposite. I’ve consistently been treated with kindness and respect by both wonderful ladies, which is why I remain a loyal customer. I’ve had many watches repaired there and the workmanship and quality are always A+. Their customer service is outstanding, and I highly recommend Farah Watches for both repairs and beautiful watches. Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but in my experience you won’t find a better watch repair shop — if it’s not for some, that’s okay, but Farah Watches has always delivered excellent service and quality. All I can say is may they always be around for many many more years👌🏻

The WORST place to go to for for service. STAY AWAY. They are no way near client service. Had to call after a week to get feedback. Then another week to get the part because the owner only deliver parts on Saturdays? Then another week for them to ensure it is working correctly. That indicates they are using sub standard parts but asking premium pricing. Should have read the comments before I committed to this experience. Collected my watch after 3 weeks and as I indicated they are using sub standard parts. Watch stopped working. This place is just one bad experience. STAY AWAY.
