Poor service

This is up to **** service. I will not let anyone use Farah Properties services. We wanted to rent a property at Elmwood complex. We have been dealing with Craig Farah and Elli (Eleanor Jacobs) they were eager enough for the R400 to do a credit check. It’s been two days now and still don’t have any feedback from them. If I don’t follow up they don’t give my feedback. They keep on making excuses. I’ve send Craig messages, he doesn’t even bother to respond. They are useless ! Wish I could have give them a zero star. I’ve asked Elli if she could assist us with other properties - I’m still waiting to hear from her. I would NOT recommend anyone to use their service. They are ********! Please be aware people.
