Do not do business with this estate agent. The agent called Sam Bracco signs a contract with you and the tenant. She then helps tenants exit the contracts and lies by saying you as the owner “verbally told her” all these extra conditions. It is all completely untrue and nowhere is it in the signed agreement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT. This company should be removed as an estate agent based upon strong ********* behaviour and I will be reporting them to the estate agents Board.
