Very bad place

I wont go there ever again!..went there often...but had a very bad experience last night,...ordered a starter creamy garlic snails...when it finally arrived the snails was still boiling and was burned. Not only that..it was just a mass of butter..and even the toasted bread was soft due to the butter...we almost waited for 10 minutes for the plate to cool down...to eat...but it was terrible..luckily only bite..and we decide we couldn't it this burned butter mass of snails...we asked for the manager..and she only said to us " ai toggie" and left!?...then we decided to go else where. Never go there...this place is becoming a disaster!! Just a pity i cant share pics on here to show the poor food quality!! A table with 3 people behind us, also had trouble and left (can be seen on there sec. Cameras)....but yes Faraday you lost a good supporter..going there for almost 5 years...but never again!!!..
