Home renovation success
I was warned about the stresses involved with renovating a home and working with contractors and Project Managers. Most were about difference in opinion and pop-up expenses. But it was stress i had to undertake as i had bought a house that had been fixed to sell, not to last.
After a few months i had cracks in all 3 bedrooms, multiple leaks inside kitchen cupboards and floating tiles. I know right, i had walked into it.
So I did what any other man would do in my position, "call another man." Faraday came and assessed and came back to me in 2 days with a rather shocking quotation. Wasn't the cheapest but cheap isn't always it, plus the PM who came to assess seemed to make a lot of sense considering I'm an accountant.
They gave me a time frame of two weeks for an almost complete revamp of the house, which I figured was a ploy to get the job started. They came in and on day one set-up a covid protocol which impressed me, I must say. They worked around the family and were quite clean and tidy for a construction team. Plus they finished 3 days ahead of schedule.
I recommend them for anyone about to embark on a home renovation, fingers crossed it isn't as bad as mine. Now i'm telling people not every home renovation comes with stresses, its about who you work with.
Keep at it Faraday.
