Worst service ever

I have never experienced such a horrible service towards patients in my entire life i came to the hospital in the morning on 11/11/2018 got my file and was told to go to triage for vitals went inside the and nurse working in triage told me to bring a referral letter yet i am there very sick and wouldn't have come all the way from home for fun people go to hospitals for medical attention but she is refusing to render me any services well she then left the triage room unattended for approximately plus 2 to 3 hours people waiting there in a queue with no one helping them if this is how they render services to the community then so much money is being paid to people for not working this has to stop people are suffering and this is the only thing they get not being helped why does one come to work if they are not going to work?
