POOR SERVICE AGAIN IN THIS HOSPITAL

I've just picked up my fiancé from the Far East Rand Hospital (12:30 11/10/2020), after she was discharged @ 9:00 due to the Covid-19 pandemic we (the family) have been instructed not to get into the Hospital which it's totally understandable but how is one expect to walk from the reception of the hospital to the gate with stitches from a caesarean birth operation.

She was discharged and finished signing papers at 9am but was kept waiting until 12:30 and there was nothing she was waiting for instead she nurse told her that she can only leave when she(the nurse) knocks off.

This is a form of negligence and selfishness, how long will this go on at this government hospital? Out of all the reviews written, 98% is complaining about this hospital.

After been given authority to drive in and go pick her up I dropped off my mother at the door and the security guards ambushed her.

All one can wonder now is my poor new born son that I left because he isn't well on how will I he be taken care of.
