I am so disappointed and hurt. I feel ****med by this hospital.

Firstly I took my daughter in and bloods were taken, before I could get the results I was told to pay and I had no issue with that. After waiting for hours we were told that the system has hacked her results are gone and bloods must be taken again.

I was then told to fetch the results on the 29th July 2024 in the morning. After fetching the file, I had to pay again and got the same story after paying that there are no results my daughter is not on the system

What have I been paying? I requested a refund and got attitude

Is still how they **** us at far east hospital now? Why are we paying for no results? I have never been so disappointed by this hospital

I’ve called and no one is taking my meter seriously? Should I go on TikTok or twitter maybe we will get attention and answers for this
