Doctor physically assaulted me at casualty

On the 9th of May 2019 we took my brother to far east rand hospital as he was unconscious, we opened a file successfully but when we were supposed to see the doctor, we found the doctor and nurse Z.N Sithole and we asked for assistance, doctor was busy sharing pictures with the nurse at casualty during working hours. Doctor lashed out at me and told me it was none of my business that his sharing photos, tried taking video he hit my hand and phone fell they called security to get me kicked out of the hospital while my brother is Ill and sitting on the wheelchair, the doctor never assisted us instead he hit me. Please address doctor's as to how they should treat patients
