Burn to the ground Far East Rand !!!!!

I’ve got two complaints to make, in January when my nephew was born, my sister in law was left to sit on the cold floor full of blood & when asked if we could give her a blanket or clean clothes we were told to get out! Most disgusting & unprofessional assistance from that hospital! Then not only was my nephew fed wrong by hospital staff, but not even kept warm by them during the cold of the night!! Outrageous if you ask me!

Secondly, my father was rushed to hospital the 19/05/20 Because he couldn’t breathe properly & was tested negative for COVID 19 twice & was told at 11:30 that he is being moved to icu because Of his lungs , just to make it a bit easier for him. At 13:20 when I called to find out if I can take clean clothes and toiletries, I was informed (oh he passed about 10 minutes ago) myself, my mother and brother then rushed to the hospital, hoping it wasn’t my Dad. When We got there, he was in the same ward 8 , not even ICU like we were told! Then nurses and doctors started laughing at us when we asked what happened & if they tried to resuscitate him, got laughed at again! Then security grabbed my mother’s arm (no gloves) and not adhering to Social Distancing, then when my brother got him away from my mother, the security (still no gloves) slapped my brother through his face! Head of the hospital still can’t answer our questions as to why we weren’t called when he passed, why he wasn’t in ICU.. that hospital should be burned to the ground!!! Stop Far East Rand from operating !!
