Bad treatment while I was in pain

On the 24/05/2024 around 04:00am I went to FAR EAST RAND HOSPITAL due to the drop of blood I was seeing and I had mild pains in my lower stomach that got me worried because I'm pregnant. I got assistance from the nurses then we waited for the doctor to do sonor. Doctor came on this own time and did the sonor he told me that there was no baby here in a cold way. He then put something inside my vigina so rough and that is when I started heavy bleeding. He told me I will be admitted so I can be cleaned I wonderd what will they clean because he said there's no baby... I was then admitted same day then went for cleaning on the following day 25/05/2024 around 14:30 then when I came out my discharge letter was ready then I went home same time. When I got home I experienced severe pains I slept till the next day 26/05/2024 still I was in pain I called the hospital I was advised that it is normal if the pain persist I should go to OPD on the following day but because of pains I was in I decided to go back on the same day(26/05/2024 @20:30) because I couldn't sleep.when I got there at casualty in gyne room Ithere was ladies who made fun of me asking me why did I come this time why not earlier, why not on the following day? Why do I feel pains did I do tlof tlof(***) when I get home?these ladies they did not want to assist me but making fun of me as if I was there for a visit. I kept explaining how I feel then with the group that I was with when I call them they say they not feeling such pains maybe because they were given injection before the procedure of which I did not. These nurses began to lough again telling me I wanted that injection that is why I'm back 😢I decided to leave the hospital without being attended because they just ignored me. I'm in pain after that miscarriage physically and emotionally I did not get help my hospital failed me.
