Lack of compassion towards patients!

My boyfriend was admitted for depression and a psychiatric evaluation he was placed in the same ward with critically I'll patients where he has to hear thier cries the whole night one of the patient died while watching. I don't know how they expecte one to get better if he is exposed to such. Terrible institution.
