Abrasive approach to guests by owner Mark. Misleading information by owners : 1. Check in time differs between booking.com and owners communication. 2. Late check in fee of R150 per hour is threatened to guests. This is not stated on website or booking.com 3. WiFi is supposedly unlimited however signs posted in the Nguni cottage notifying data cap at 5Gig. 4. Cold shower on 2 days in the Upstairs shower despite notifying owner and using the gas geyser correctly. 5. No mention of lack of oven on website. 6. Lack of indoor dining table. Unable to dine outside in cold weather. 7. Owner did not provide gas for the heater. 8. GPS coordinates on booking.com are incorrect. 9. Unwelcoming demeanour of owner.
