In February, I started the process for my unabridged marriage certificate, which was supposed to be a rather quick process. I initially left a bad review due to the lack of communication. Turned out that Home Affairs was extremely backlogged and there wasn't much any company would be able to do about it. Mina updated me regularly and I am thankful for that. 6 months later I received unabridged certificate. The long wait had nothing to do with F.A.P., it was Home Affairs. Mina felt so bad that the process took 6 months that she gave me a discount. I really appreciate her dedication and I would go through this company again. Thanks again, Mina!
