Bad Service

I ordered sneakers from this company had hopes that I was supporting a black business instead when I received my order (the sneakers) were not in a box , dirty and you could tell that they were either worn or used as fitting sneakers and more.

I am very disappointed and annoyed, I contacted the owner and the main thing he was concerned about was that he a bad day and that I could have approached this issue in more calmer manner , How can one be calm when I paid so much money for the item I bought and receiving an opposite of what I purchased.

Yes, I exchanged the sneakers for a smaller size and returned them in the same exact manner, I found them, Does this mean when I receive the correct size then I should be given dirty worn shoes just because I exchanged them?

Secondly telling me that he employed people to deliver the sneakers, how do you employ someone that you know they are setting a bad name for your company

Rather do not advertise items in a good manner on social media knowing very well that you deceiving your customers.

When you open a business and more especially dealing with different customers, you should be able to hear your customers and not all of your customers will come and complain about a bad service based in a manner that is suitable and beneficial of your feelings.
