Only a pleasure dealing with Fantasy cars
<p>Hi Mike,<br /> Only a pleasure!<br /> I am an extremely critical person when it comes to customer care / service and being PROFESSIONAL.<br /> I say it like I see it, I give compliments when it is due, and complain in writing to management when I feel it is needed .... Simple<br /> I must admit, that this business transaction with you were a bit \stressful"in the sense we spoke on the phone"</p>

Nothing motivates my Staff as well as me more, than seeing that we succeed sometimes, to do business it should be done.
