This is a short note to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received that made me feel like a valued client and not just a transaction being concluded. You did not have a car on your floor when I visited your show room but then went ahead and sourced one according to my needs. You sourced the best possible bank rate that will result in a huge saving long after the transaction is concluded. The process of keeping me informed all the way helped manage my anxiousness and excitement at the same time. Delivering my vehicle a day before the expected deadline was a cherry on the cake. This indicates to me that you don't endeavour to meet the clients expectations but work towards exceeding them. It was truly a great experience and feeling buying a vehicle from you.
