Fantasy Led & Solar(Chantel & Gary Kovacs)

I bought a 3Kw solar inverter from Fantasy Led & Solar @ R8 350 and paid the money on 3 Sept 2015 in their bank account. They also ran a company called Green day led solar. After numerous excuses why they can't supply me with the inverter I paid for, I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund on 3 Nov. They still haven't refunded me after more excuses. They have also done this to other people as well. They advertise on Gumtree, Junkmail and other websites. They refuse to answer my calls.
