Nothing Fantastick about this service

I am decorating my new baby girls nursery room. A friend referred me to Fantastick Wall decal to design wall stickers for the nursery. They referred me to Fantastick Custom designs, run by Heleen Donnolly. I send the required design through, with the specifications and paid the amount. When I received the stickers, they were not what I asked and paid for. I requested that the correct design be done and send to me. This lady then didn't respond to my request, ignores my emails and phone calls. I phoned Sonja, from Fantastick, the same person that referred me to Heleen. I was still under the impression that they belong to the same company. She was very rude to me over the phone, didn't give me a chance to speak and tell the story. She said \I saw this coming!!\" What a distastefull way to treat your customers!! I will refer non of my friends to this excuse for a company!!! Disgusting!!!!!!"
