Worst Rental Agency

In 2011 December. I moved into an apartment that wasn't ready and was promised it will be fixed as they did not have time as previous tenant just left. The only thing done was painting with a cheap paint that was fading and gets dirty easily. Cupboards, shelves, ceilings and tiles fell apart. I reported it was never fixed. Now I moved out, they refuse to pay back my deposit and asking me to pay more. Every year they increased rent but no maintenance done except for false promises. They sent a maintenance team to check, they took pictures and even explained to me that the cupboards are rotten they need to be replaced. Now I receive email telling me I will not be getting my deposit and still owe them. Beware of Fantastic Investment they are based in Cape Town. Table View.
