STATE OF THE STORE

On Friday night (8th January) my husband and I decided to go and have some fun at Fantasia Northgate. Well what a total disappointment, the machine for the tokens doesn't work, then we found out that more than half their games don't work. The toys you can win are really not worth R5.00. On investigating further I see that the owner has got the business up for sale. Surely the franchisor should ensure that they keep up to group standard. I don't think the place had been cleaned in a month. Absolutely disgusting. We had so much fun at the one at Monte Casino and really expected the same level of professionalism. The staff are totally disinterested, when we asked for our money back because their was nothing we could play they said they are not allowed to give us our money back, so we had to waste the money just to get rid of the stupid tokens. What should have been a fantastic evening turned out to be totally disappointing and a waste of money.
