Unfair Treatment

I’ve never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional person in my entire life. I booked Sharenes venue for my wedding but due to personal challenges I had to cancel the wedding plans. I cancelled 4 months in advance however Sharene ****** us our money. She gave different amounts and percentages for cancellation fees, thumbed sucked the money that was due and went against her T & C.

Her reasons were that I should have foreseen that I will have challenges before booking the venue and those challenges are not financial challenges. So how do you forsee challenges?? We WANT OUR MONEY
