No Local Stock, No Customer Support: My Fanka South Africa Experience
I ordered two pairs of tights through Fanka South Africa on 5 July 2026, only to discover afterwards that they do not appear to hold stock locally and that orders are shipped from China. It is now 31 July, and I still have not received my parcel. To make matters worse, I have been unable to track the shipment because the courier's tracking page requires a 13-digit tracking number, while the tracking number I was provided is much longer. Despite sending multiple emails requesting assistance, I have received no response. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone expecting a local South African retailer or fast local delivery. At this stage, I am becoming increasingly concerned that I may not receive my order, even though I purchased through what appeared to be Fanka's official website. In my opinion, the marketing creates the impression that Fanka has a South African presence, which was not my experience. I found this misleading and very disappointing. YT*** | #538754

South Africans : DO NOT BUY FROM FANKA
Received my Fanka training pants but I had to go and fetch it a Post Office and although the cost of the pants was only R800, I had to pay customs of R1100. If you are located in South Africa, DO NOT buy from this company!!!
