<p>FANIE WASSERMAN started building a flat on 25/10/2016 and we were promised that he will be finished on 9/12/2016. Today is the 26th of March 2017 and he was last at the building site on 19/1/2017, and there is still a lot of work to be done. He was paid thousands of rands for materials, that was not delivered. We put ourselves in terrible financial debt to try and finish the project ourselves, but cannot do so, becuase of his doing. He is lying about everything, always coming up with unbelievable stories. We also found out that he is working under a false company name - Acorn Construction. They are situated in Bloemfontein and know nothing about him.</p> <p>FANIE WASSERMAN put us in terrible financial debt and he does not care about anyone of anything but himself. PLEASE - NEVER USE HIM TO DO ANY RENOVATING OR BUILDING</p>
