Disgusting Service

I contacted Cindy regarding a quote for professional photographs to be taken at my daughter's birthday party in March 2014. The package that we agreed on was that of an edited CD with 50 developed photographs. I paid her the full amount on the day of the event and she promised to develop the photographs and get them to me. I have made numerous phone calls and sent text messages and she never responded. I am now tired of chasing her as she even ignores my calls and never even returns them. This is definitely no way of treating customers, and is very bad for the reputation of the company. I will definitely discourage anyone that is considering using her services as they are likely to be cheated as well. Such disgusting and unprofessional service should be discouraged in this country!!!
