Above & Beyond!

I took a ten year old vehicle to Fangio due to intermittent breakdowns. Turns out it needed a new air filter. This company went flat out to find the part. Of course no dealers in the country had it – although I could wait a month or so for it to arrive from Europe. Getting a toddler to and from nursery school prohibited that plan, however. Fangio contacted most of the parts specialists in Joburg with no luck – then tried the Pretoria ones as well. They fortuitously managed to find the part from an obscure dealer there. Hoorah!! They went all out in their efforts to get my car back on the road. Fangio was constantly in contact with me letting me know what they were doing and what was happening. They were absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is really brilliant. Further, I would recommend them to anyone having an ‘insoluble’ problem that cannot be fixed properly by just replacing the old part and with an expensive new part, or have a difficult problem that nobody else can figure out – just go to them and your dilemma could be solved! These guys are the real thing – a sadly dying breed called real, authentic mechanics! They know their stuff, don’t sugar-coat anything, refuse to compromise and best of all, they get the job done properly! Thank you so much, Fangio, and well done for having such a great team!
