No customer service

<p>Me and my friend is busy rebuilding a bike and found Fands group on the internet.. after doing thorough research, the company looks legit, we ordered a headlight and mirrors on Monday (28/11/2016), the paymemt went through successfully and I've received an email stating the order is being processed but no tracking number for the package, they have no proper contacting details except an unresponsive email address and a WhatsApp number.. I eventually got a hold on someone working there on whatsapp, they told me they sent an email stating they dont have mirrors in stock and the tracking number is on the email, I've not received anything.. so the guy told me I'll be refunded on the mirrors and I've not received anything, the guy hasn't rep**** to any other of my messages since the Wednesday, at least the headlight arrived today (2/12/2016) but it is not the correct lights, money and time waisted with this company!</p>
