FancyLEDS. Never fulfilled my order and no response from support. It's been 2.5 months

I order LED strips from fancyleds.com on 27 November 2020. I paid immediately online and they haven't even shipped the order yet. It's mid feb. I have mailed their support multip**** times and none has responded. I wonder if this is disorganization or a ****.
