Dissappointed

You guys need to work on your customer service because it is going to be the down fall of your business. You guys sell very beautiful watches but your service really needs to match the watch standard. Its impossible to call you, emailing you even on WhatsApp you are answered after two days. I'm disappointed and hate to say I will not be buying anything from you again. And you are using the worst courier which is also affecting you guys in a bad way.
